Reflections of healthcare workers providing services to adolescents and youth living with HIV during the COVID-19 pandemic in South Africa

Healthcare service quality and availability impacts health outcomes and survival of adolescents and youth living with HIV (AYLHIV). COVID-19 disrupted health service delivery globally, but little is known about provision of health services from perspective of healthcare providers during COVID-19 pandemic in South Africa.

Aim: To explore experiences, challenges and adjustment strategies of healthcare providers delivering services to AYLHIV in Eastern Cape province of South Africa.
